Previous Site Management & Project Installation Experience
Over the past 12 years, through employment with Civil & Environmental Project Services and later as a self-employed contractor managing CDM effluent treatment plant installation projects, I have developed extensive knowledge and experience in site management and turnkey project delivery.
These projects required my involvement from initial site preparation through to final commissioning, including demolition, construction, installation, and handover. I acted as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring that all contractors operated safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project programme.
Throughout this period, I managed and supervised a wide range of activities, including demolition works, civil engineering construction, concrete slab installations, pumping station and tank installations, structural steel platform erection, crane lifting operations, confined space works, pipework installation, electrical installations, process equipment installation and the commissioning of process systems.
This experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of project coordination, health and safety management, contractor supervision, and the successful delivery of complex industrial installation projects.
